CONFERENCE DINNER

The conference dinner will be held in The Burlington Hotel on Friday 12 May. Pre-dinner drinks will be served from 7pm for dinner at 7.45pm. Dress is lounge suits.

The conference dinner is primarily for conference delegates and is included in the conference fee. There are a limited number of places available for guests. Guest tickets are £120 + VAT.

Tables cannot be reserved for the conference dinner. To invite other delegates (and their guests) to sit on a table of 12 with you, please complete the Table Seating Plan Form online by choosing a maximum of 11 names from the Conference Dinner List (your name completes the table of 12). This list is updated weekly on Mondays at 9.30am and includes partners and/or guests attending the dinner, except those already invited onto other delegates' tables.

The deadline for the receipt of table forms is Wednesday 3 May. Thereafter, delegates will be seated by the organisers. Delegates from the same company will be automatically split up, unless you let us know otherwise.

Tables cannot be reserved for the conference dinner. To invite other delegates (and their guests) to sit on a table of 12 with you, please view the dinner attendee list, and choose those who DO NOT have a table number allocated against their name.

You are advised to choose 11 dinner names; otherwise you will automatically have other delegates & their guests placed on your table.

We recommend that you contact those whom you’d like to invite, in advance of completing this online form.
